This internship provides a chance to work from home as our office is in Frankfurt, Germany. Our Internship does not only come with a monetary compensation. The benefit from the Internship is also the learning process of working alongside an Executive Search Headhunter business advisors as a part of an international team.


To achieve your goals with us you will
• Help scale and grow alpha international’s network of connections. These include, entrepreneurs, clients, candidates, investment firms, etc. 90% of your contact with clients and candidates will be conducted in English.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics such as social network, cold mailing and cold calling in order to attract active and passive candidates
• Assist the end to end recruitment process from start to finish. Improve the search strategy, finding the right candidates and support their hiring process
• Marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, writing new posts and increasing the brand awareness


You should have the following qualities
• Have great structure, detail oriented, strong communication skills and team values
• Self-starter with ability to take on tasks independently and great team-player
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge in MS Outlook, Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
• Fluent in English, well written and great verbal skills are a must! German will be much appreciated!



Compensation:
180RMB/working day
